Cancellation Conditions Updated

Note ESWC2013 cancellation conditions have been updated:

- Notice of cancellation must be made to youvivo, the organizing company of the 10th ESWC2013, via e-mail (hartl@youvivo.com).

- Upon cancellation you will be liable to pay a fee to cover the estimate of cost and expenses incurred by youvivo in terms of the schedule set out hereunder. This is expressed as a percentage of the registration fee and is calculated as follows:

Period of Notice Cancellation Fee
Until Sunday, April 21st, 2013 0% of registration fee – Full refund
From Monday, April 22nd until Wednesday, May 15th, 2013 50% of registration fee – Half refund
From Thursday, May 16th, 2013  100% of registration fee – No refund
